Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Boca Raton

For the love of God. Whatever you do. Do not order from here. Do not support this business. I’m an EMT. I work 16 hour shifts. I have 1 30min break to get something to eat. I ordered my food at this exact location over the phone, and paid for it over the phone so that I had time to eat. When I get there the manager wants to argue with me for my ENITRE 25mins left of my break, saying that she doesn’t see the order. I called the same number in front of her to confirm my order was placed 25mins ago, I got the order number, time, date and location and the manager insisted that she couldn’t find the order. Instead of just making my $12/13 dinner for the 25mins of my break the SHE WASTED, she wanted me to PAY AGAIN for a burger that I PLACED 25MINS AGO!! I had 3mins left of my break at that point and she still insisted I PAY AGAIN. YOU WASTED MY ENITRE MEAL BREAK ARGUING WITH ME INSTEAD OF JUST MAKING ME MY 1 BURGER THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND ORDERED OVER THE PHONE!! My partner texted me saying we got a call. So guess what? I don’t get to eat anything for the rest of my shift. I wasted my ENITRE break arguing with the manager who could have just said “sorry for the inconvenience, I’ll make your order now.” Now I have to call my bank tomorrow when it opens and dispute the charges. I’m starving. I don’t get another break or opportunity to eat until my shift ends. What a great way to treat your first...

I ordered a plain burger, politely asked that there is nothing inside besides the meat and bun. I got my order and it had cheese and sauce inside which I can’t eat. No big deal, I understand mistakes happen so I drove back to the restaurant to kindly ask if I could get a replacement and brought the burger along with the receipt that showed it to be plain. The girl who had taken my order was so incredibly rude and aggressive about the situation. She kept getting upset when I asked for it to be just the meat and the bun. She rolled her eyes and got agitated and threw the order in the trash. I ended up getting a plain burger but wasn’t hoping for an uncomfortable interaction to go with it. To begin with, the girl was talking to co-workers and I had to wait on her to finish. She was socializing and had to wait on her both times I came in. A co-worker called her over and reminded her there’s people waiting and then she came. None of this bothered me, just that she was rude to me for no reason. We were brought here by a coupon from our Library! And ohhhhh how surprised we were. Their burgers are excellent. I’m a fry lover, and their French fries are perfect ratio of crunch and soft potato interior! Their kids meal nuggets are so tasty and it comes with fries and a drink. A great value and amount of food for kids! I had the Grilled Chicken Cesar and I enjoyed every bite. But if I’m completely honest, I just loved their Hot Pepper Bar!!!!!! They have Yellow Chili Peppers, Greek Peppers, Jalapeños and Lemons. I think I ate about 15 Greek peppers LOL they were so good and I love the fact that you can have as many as you would like! The employees are really nice, and very helpful. The food is excellent and a good value. The restaurant itself is super clean and they serve your food fast and hot/cold.
