The worst chipotle I've ever been too. I've tried there a few different times hoping it'd be better & each time it just disappoints. Today is the last time I'm ever going there. I ordered from this location two weeks ago & called in as my food was missing guacamole...you know the additional $1.95 you pay to have added on. I asked to speak with a manager & the person who answered the phone (Juan) asked about the issue & said for me to hold on. When he came back to the phone he apologized for the inconvenience & stated to come back in for another order that was correct and at no cost & to just bring in the receipt. Today (7-5-17) I go in order the same thing & when I went to the register there was Juan & I told him how we spoke when I called AND I provided him with my receipt. He walks away to speak to a young lady, comes back & says ok we can waive the charge of the guacamole on your order for today but you'll have to still pay for the food. I was confused & repeated to him what he told me on the phone two weeks ago & he stated well I just spoke to so & so & they said we can waive the cost of the guacamole today but you still need to pay for the food. I couldn't understand how he told me one thing on the phone two weeks ago & yet here we are today & I'm repeating the same story as before to only get a different response this time. If the person who was making the online orders wouldn't have screwed up the FIRST time, this wouldn't have happened! Worst customer...
Read moreChips always stale. They constantly charge for chips and salsa and then will forget to give you your salsa. Or you'll order and pay for the vinaigrette and then they won't give you the vinaigrette. So now I always double check because if I don't 90% of the time, I don't get what I paid for. And when I double check, I always get an attitude back even though it's not in the bag like I had assumed. Also, the people here are very stingy with servings. The vinaigrette is a quarter of the cup full. They'll give you 2 tablespoons of produce. And then when you ask them to please give you more, they'll roll their eyes or give you a dirty look. I'm from Colorado so I am very familiar with Chipotle and this has to be the worst service at any chipotle that I've ever had. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house so I don't really have any other options. I understand y'all hate working fast food, but if you don't want your Guest to give you an attitude and get pissed off maybe you shouldn't start off giving them an attitude for wanting at least mediocre...
Read moreThis is a decent Chipotle location, but it depends on who you talk to if there is an issue. I always get the same thing, so I remember the price. Unfortunately the price I pay isn't always the same so I rarely go here anymore. I noticed someone in front of me when I visited this evening having the same issue about price not being the same and one of the employees working the line took the initiative to try to talk to the customer and make things right, but that doesn't always happen. I ended up having an issue too, but that didn't get fixed since it was another employee who wasn't properly trained on customer service. I've worked in the restaurant business along with customer service jobs for years, and that was always important to keep the customers happy. Seeing how there are no replies to mostly all of these reviews, both positive and negative, it's probably just a not so great owner or whoever is running this location. The staff is generally nice. It's just the little issues. Always get your receipt and double-check...
