I recently had the pleasure of attending an Assemble Cocktail Workshop, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. This workshop deserves every one of its 5 stars and more!

First and foremost, the workshop was an absolute blast (as was my first visit). From start to finish, it was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. Lillian truly knows how to make learning about cocktails fun and brings such a creative vibe to the menu.

What sets Assemble Cocktail Workshop apart is their approachability. Lillian is incredibly knowledgeable but make the content accessible to everyone, even providing non-alcoholic options. She encourages questions, provides clear explanations, and is always ready to offer a helping hand (like when I can't get my shaker off the pint glass).

It's not just about theory; you get hands-on experience crafting your own cocktails. I appreciated the step-by-step guidance, and I left the workshop feeling confident that I could replicate these drinks at home for friends and family.

Do you LOVE cocktails? How about a fun evening out with the hubby or friends? Well good news because Assemble Cocktail Workshop allows you to do both at the same time!! Yes amazing isn't it? We have been up to the cottage a couple times now and hands down plan to do it again really soon! We had a small group of friends attend for my birthday party and I had a blast. Now Im not usually one to do anything big for my birthdays, but now Im definitely rethinking that idea. The space is so relaxing and inviting. I had the opportunity of using Assemble Cocktail for a corporate team activity at a leaders offsite outside of Austin. Lillian was very responsive in the weeks leading up to the event, and extremely hospitable and patient while working out the details. The day of the workshop she arrived at our venue and took care of all the set up and tear down. She admitted right away that she happened to forget the cards for the tables that had the cocktail information on them, but honestly nobody even knew the difference!
