I’m a long tim customer of Cielo. Love all of their products! Recommend to all of my friends and family. However, since I no longer live there n San Antonio, I’ve been ordering online. My last order was not packed correctly and the scent that I wanted the most was not included. I was very disappointed when I called to tell them that my ordered was filled improperly, expecting the new owners to automatically send me the one I ordered with an apology that they made a mistake. This place was amazing!! I was immediately welcomed by a nose filled blast of intoxicating scents, along with helpful associates who greeted me right away. I think I bought just about every scent of soap! The linens are all beautiful and a really nice lady offered to help design a whole new look for my bed.
