Blithe Creamery — Restaurant in Boerne

I very rarely post reviews, but this ice cream was amazing. I got the flavor “Spa Day” which was described as rosemary infused ice cream with crystallized ginger and bits of honeycomb. I am not kidding when I say I’ve been thinking about it all day. I cannot wait to go back and I think I’ll make it a routine every time I pick my kids up from school. 😂 Seriously. My kids got a scoop of chocolate, a scoop of strawberry, and my oldest got an ice cream soda. They all said theirs was delicious as well. I really am picky about ice cream and ice cream texture but this was perfect - creamy, rich, dense, flavorful, no ice crystals. I will definitely be back to try other...

A bit disappointed. The ice cream was decent but the ice cream sandwiches were premade and the cookies were hard and didn’t seem so fresh. I was hoping for an $8 ice cream sandwich it would at least be freshly prepared. It was pre wrapped and felt like something I could purchase at a grocery store. For the price it’s also very small. You can get much better ice cream sandwiches.

One of the best ice cream shop that I've been too. The flavors are unique but blend so well together. It's not super sweet where you get tired of eating the same flavor. Every bite was delicious. Super cute walk up shop and you can sample different flavors. If I ever come back Boerne I would totally come back! Highly recommend. My friends also really enjoyed their ice cream and couldn't stop raving about it. We will probably come back again...
