I have been a loyal and frequent customer at this 7-Eleven location since it first opened and have always had positive experiences—until recently. I’ve never had any issues requesting change in the past, as a regular customer who visits almost daily. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered a new manager who informed me—quite rudely—that I must make a purchase in order to receive change. This has never been the policy in the past, and I felt I was being lied to and manipulated.
What’s even more frustrating is that the store never answers its phone, which raises questions about the purpose of having a listed number at all. With several other 7-Eleven stores within a one-mile radius, I see no reason to return to this location if this is how long-standing customers are treated.
To be clear, my frustration is not directed at the regular staff, who have always been friendly and professional. My issue lies solely with the new manager’s behavior, which I found disrespectful and dishonest. I requested change before the register was closed, so there was no legitimate reason for the refusal.

EVERYWHERE. Look in the fridge, there are dead bugs lined up right under all of the drinks in every row. They're in every aisle, you'll find one within 5 seconds of looking. I just can't believe they would leave these dead bugs there for over one day. It's been over a month me seeing these.    Read moreNot a fan of the owner. Went in for bring your own cup day with a larger cup (not crazy big) and they acted as if I brought a massive one. She referred to what I was doing as "bringing everything but the kitchen sink". I come to this location often and this is the first time I have seen her. Not a very good impression. I have had a good experience with everyone but her. I didn't put up a fight with her as she is the owner but it was a very cheap thing to do if you ask me. I work with customers every day and understand that this is not how you handle things. Will definitely be less motivated to visit this location...
