It was my first time renting a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday party and Roger and his team were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. First of all, they accommodated the time I requested. I had the bounce house for a whole extra day and the team came prepared with a cover as there was a chance of rain overnight. We were very impressed by the service, care, and the time Roger took to show me the different options they have up to the delivery of it. We also had the popcorn machine and all of the supplies necessary for the popcorn machine came and everything was explained to me. The communication was clear and my satisfaction was held to a high standard by the whole team. Roger from Bounce Party Mania was so helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better company to rent our bounce house from. Due to inclement weather, I had to reschedule the party from a Sat to Sun and luckily BPM was able to accommodate my last minute date change (thank goodness because otherwise the party probably wouldn't have happened at all!)

From the minute I first spoke to Roger to the day of delivery, he has been polite, patient and quick to reply. It was almost too good to be true that on the day of the party, I was wondering if they would really show up. lol.

I used this company for the first time and let just say I will definitely be using them again for a party.the hospitality , service, communication, set up & rental drop off was top notch , Roger answered my emails and phone calls fast he was so attentive!!!
