I had the pleasure working directly with the owner, Konrad, from Antiques & Collectibles Buyers. My mom was in charge of liquidating 2 estates at the same time for some dear friends that passed away within a week of each other. The experience is stressful enough, but the 2 ladies had many nice collectibles throughout their home. Not knowing what was of value prior to having an estate sale was going to be a challenge indeed. I contacted Konrad after reading many nice reviews about him and his company on the internet. He contacted me back right away and was at the house in under 24 hours from the time I initially reached out to him. He even came from NY to NJ on a Sunday afternoon. He was punctual for the meeting. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about antiques and collectibles. He was very patient with us and took his time walking us through each room telling us what was of value and what wasn’t. It was comforting relying on his honesty and expertise. He ended up purchasing many of the items at a very fair price. Both my mom and I were very pleased with his level of service. And, he even pays cash on the spot! A total crook. Made offers on several items. First few were reasonable, then offered $100 for antique sterling dinnerware set, with 100's of pieces. One fork alone was worth $70 in scrap value.
