I came in because they had a first-time $10 off deal and ended up paying $45. The owner was very nice, clearly knew what she was doing, but she set me up with someone who didn’t speak English (which wasn’t the issue—it’s about skill, not language). Unfortunately, it took two hours for a very simple cut (a #2 on top, bald fade on the sides, and a quick beard trim), and the result was so bad I ended up buzzing my whole head and redoing my beard at home. The owner had to step in several times to fix mistakes, but even then, it wasn’t great. The beard wasn’t blended, the fade was uneven, and overall it looked like a first-ever haircut attempt. Bottom line: if you go here, only book with the owner. Otherwise, you’ll likely be redoing your cut at home...

I had an exceptional experience at Dynamic Shears today. The lady who attended to me was incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable. It's a family business, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere reflects that beautifully.

In addition to a great haircut, they offer a range of services including facials, hot towels, and even a back massage. The hot towel treatment was particularly relaxing, and the back massage was a fantastic bonus. The attention to detail and the personal touch in every service were truly outstanding.
