So we go in on Thursday March 28, 2024 to get some dessert for the kids. There were 5 of us there to order. The girl at the register already stating that they are closed and we cannot get anything. There is no sign to say what time they were closing that day. She also stated that the batter is all finished. After trying to see what else we can get, she finally says that I can give you ice cream. We did not come in for ice cream but thank you asked if they can make 5 shakes. Again she stated we are closed and I cannot give 5 shakes. I have time to make 2 shakes. After waiting around they gave us the 2 shakes and immediately said that We are closed and you guys need to leave. Mind you there were 5 other people, 1 Caucasian lady and 2 guys and 2 girls in same group. They were still sitting there enjoying the last of the batter items. But than again the Caucasian employee yelled “I said we are closed you guys need to leave and directed it at my daughters and my wife. Mind you they all had hijabs( head scarves ) on. The 2 employees were so rude and racist. So I called Friday to speak to a manager and Yaaz was on the phone, so I told him the entire story and he apologized and said what I can do is give you 4 items on the house. Just come by any time and pick them up. He was busy on Friday and Saturday so I couldn’t go back. Sunday and Monday it was pouring rain so I called just a little while ago on Tuesday April 2, 2024. I asked for a manager and lady on phone said she was. I told her about the incident and told her what Yaaz said and that like to come in today and pick up any 4 items form the menu. She started talking about how Yaaz is not the mgr and he doesn’t get to make those kind of decisions and that it’s 5 days later and you just can’t come in and expect free food. I told her I’m not expecting anything except what Yaaz offered himself. I didn’t twist his arm to give me what I wanted. I also told this lady on the phone ( who would not give her name and stated she was the mgr) that her employees were racist towards my family and that that was the bigger picture that was wrong about their establishment. I generally don’t write bad reviews, but the so called mgr lady on 4-2-24 at 6:10’pm just made it worse than how she could have handled it. She clearly said “ you can’t come here so many days later and expect free food” Trust me I don’t want anything free from this place. The real managers of Eiffel should read my constructive criticism and make it right. I hope all of the women that wear hijabs listen to my original complaint. I never asked Yaaz for anything from the beginning except for him to let the store manager know what happened at this location with the racial profiling from...

Read moreMy husband and I went on opening day. There were about 10-15 people sitting on benches waiting for their orders or enjoying their desserts. I walked up to the counter and walked around to view the menu and look at the ice cream selection for about 3 minutes…and nobody greeted us at all…mind you we were the only customers at the counter!
Finally I had to ask, “where do I order” just to get someone to speak to me/us. I ordered a shake and hubby got some mini waffle balls. The shake was runny and tasted like vanilla milk. I’d never had such a bland and runny shake in my life and it was made with the Cookie Monster ice cream. You would assume it would have some sort of flavor but no. I had hubby taste it because he isn’t quite as picky as me and he even said it was runny and bland. Not worth the $15 spent at all.
Funny enough, I had been messaging on IG and looking forward to the debut and opening day of these place. I will not go...
