The main man is reason for the very best pizza I have experienced in ALL Chicagoland. Pizza - I ordered thin crust, with sausage and mushrooms. The pizza was esoteric full blown Italian old world cuisine at its best. The crust was clean and gentle to the touch crunchy perfectly baked to a tongue breakable delightful perfection. The sauce was of a clean robust flavor which was outstandingly delicious and not overburdened with too many spices. Perfection ! ! ! The cheese was full bodied yet light at the same time which allowed for a beautiful non clumping, non stringy but very tender delight for my tongue. The Italian sausage was incomparably seasoned to the Italian Sicilian Calabrian connection of Olympic Gold Medal perfection. The Mushrooms were thinly sliced to enhance the essence of all the magnificent subtle flavor combinations presented. What my Great Grandma said to my Great Grandpapa was "Oh Papa, lets do it again" . . . RED STAR is easy to remember because it is a fabulous 5 STARS

The ingredients are noticably higher quality than any major chain. I was able to sample some of the fresh veggies before they were put inside my deep dish pizza. That's the first time in this fat man's life I felt like I was in food heaven from fresh veggies with olive oil and spice. The best way to describe the pizza is simply WOW!!!

Stopped in on the way home from an event at BRAC. The owner whipped us up a fresh sausage pizza and most of it didn't even make it home. The kids loved it which says a lot. The thin crust was crispy but not burt. The sauce is very flavorful. We will be stopping in again soon.

Let me start off by saying, if you want delicious deep dish pizza that does not taste or feel greasy, this is hands down the best spot. It is cheesy, the crust is crumbly and tastes like a biscuit, the sauce is awesome.

The pizza was amazing but what convinced me more than anything to be a customer was the fantastic service. The guy handling the counter happily walked me through their menu items, gave me suggestions based off my preference, and had an earnest attitude that made me want to come back often. I seen this place when I google for Chicago deep dish pizza in Bolingbrook and kind of had an if, due to where it is located. But let me tell you the pizza did not disappoint. It was everything I expected in a deep dish pizza. Ingredients, flavor and how well it was made with care.
