
I have been going to this dentist for my daughter for a while. We'll i decided to switch my husband and I over . My daughter has been going almost every month since July she has been having problems with her teeth hurting. Do to over crowded they said . No work was or has been done. She has no cavities. But when I switched insurance companies, I threw my job for my family. The dentist staff lied and said they don't cover things for a year. Also, they lied and said we all had co payments every time and was charging almost 60 dollars a visit. Also, we only pay deductible 25 dollars yearly. As a family. Not co- payments. They were having me fill out new patient paperwork every time I came into the office . I asked why am I filling out the same paperwork the lady was yelling and mad and pointing at me i had to tell her to claim down she is scaring my daughter she was saying that is polices. I asked for the paperwork to see what my insurance coverage was. they got mad, and once I pointed it out and said, "Their computer doesn't always print out updated paperwork, and it takes up to a year. On my daughter and my husband treatments all of my daughter was covered. On my husband, they told him nothing was covered, and a few of his visits were covered at 100 percent. The insurance company paid them out right away. i spoke with them as well . When I went in and spoke to the girl, I asked her not to have the 2 people that were at the front desk call me. I don't trust or believe them . Then they still called and tried to intimidate me . And tell me what is allowed and what was paid when I have all the codes as well as this time I will go on the phone with the insurance company. They told me they would get them for lieng to patient as well as fraud against the company and their customers. The dentist them self's have not given respect and still allowed them girls to be biased and try to intimidate me . Please don't be their victim and let them steeling from you or treat you like you're no one . The staff will be very upset if you catch them in their lies or if you question them about your bill ! you will see another side . I am not rich, and I can't make double payment. i pay my insurance company, and it's not free . As well as I have kids and a husband who also has surgery's and health issues a lot . As well as I have cancer. So I have other bills I have to pay . If you don't care about them lieng to you . As well as charging insurance, that you pay out of your paycheck . as well as charges you for your visits , then this is the place for you . But you all might want to call your insurance company to see what they actually paid . They were getting double the money from us . And that is wrong . Because the dentist staff will charge you even if your insurance company pays them 100 percent of your work . They will lie and say things was not covered. Once again the dentist does great work . But it's not worth being lied to and having your money stolen from me. When they write me a check after over a month fighting and calling them about it I will prove it ! They told me only the dentist can write a check. I will post that to provide proof that the was trying to change extra ! There is no miss understanding as stated i did see the paperwork and I pointed out I was covered you all still try to change me . When I asked to send it into insurance company you all got mad . And I did call my insurance coverage and they said you all was paid for the thing I am stating you owe me for . So don't try to down play my comment. Also you put it so I was not able to reply back to your feed back . You guys are crooks . And as it is on camera you guys charger me co pay as well as charged me for images. I am fully covered and not limited under prevention care . So don't say my insurance does not pay...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I was a new patient, brought my records because I had been examined recently by my previous provider. I recently moved to Bolingbrook so I needed to transfer my service. Came in with my records, Dr. wanted to take a look at my teeth anyway, long story short, I had to end up paying them because my insurance would not cover their charge since the exam was performed less than 2 months ago (which I told them). Called when I received the bill, they answered in less than 2 minutes, asked to speak to a manager and call was disconnected. Called back and spoke to the “Manager” after I saw that she was not trying to offer any alternative or work with an obviously upset patient, I advised that I would pay their $55.00 but they would lose my business (my copay would have been more than 300.00 plus what my insurance would pay for the procedure I needed) and all she had to say was “ok” in a very nonchalant way. Called back to pay and get the “Managers” name and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. If I could give them zero starts I would but no option for that. Spoke to a family member who went to their office years ago and had a similar experience. I sure wish I had spoken to them before I went to this joke of dental clinic. Read moreMy son had a procedure yesterday and the dentist and staff were extremely child friendly. Which is something I really look for. I was in the next room and could hear the dentist and her assistant talk very carefully to my 10 year old. They explained everything they were doing to him, which helped him relax and not to be scared. I also had an appt, and ended up needing a lot work (I've had jaw discomfort, sensitive gums, some eating issues). After completing the exam, the dentist explained in great detail all the problems I had, followed by the options available. We were going to schedule future appts for the procedures, but her next appt canceled and the dentist asked if I wanted to start that day. Which I took the opportunity. I was there longer than I had originally planned (had not anticipated a procedure) but I'm glad I am half way done. The dentist and her assistant were both very kind and made me feel as comfortable as one could possibly feel under the drill. LOL. We had an early afternoon appt and only waited about 10 minutes before they called us in. They started immediately after I sat down.
