My husband purchased a certified refurbished phone from here. The lady he purchased it from told him, in front my son, that if there were any problems with the phone he had 30 days to return it. Of course, there were issues with the phone. When my husband went to return the phone, the same employee refused to refund money for the phone. She said he could not return a refurbished phone. Read moreLong story short paid $90 to get my iPhone fixed thought it needed LCD replacement but they claimed it was a motherboard issue. They couldn’t fix it but charged me $50 for “labor”. I thought that was kinda lame for taking out some screws and unsnapping cables. & the tech AL is welcoming appearing all helpful walking In but after I gave up the coin his true spirit came out which was rude and basically proud that he gave me $40 back. Everyone deserves to get paid for their time but I have the same screws to repair phones and I wouldn’t charge someone $50 for not fixing their phone. Lesson learned doing it myself for now on...
