His communication skills are excellent; he was always readily available for us. He impressed us with his responsiveness, answering our questions and communicating the progress of the transaction almost instantly. He did a great job with the listing of our house, getting high quality pictures and a video that definitely helped selling our house. He also helped us in finding contractors to repair a few issues detected during the inspection - it was especially helpful considering the difficulty of finding contractors available for minor repairs when they still work on big projects after a hurricane.
