SHOP ELESWHERE, you will save yourself a lot of time, money, trouble and if you dare to complain, threats. I am a legitimate and VERY unhappy customer. Fines charged me a $500 deposit to order an “in stock” mantel. When it arrived they billed me over the quoted price. I was required to pay by check and had to wait for that check to clear. A month after the check cleared I was at last able to request delivery. Shipping was “free” but I was charged $350 for a crate that was assembled from old boards and carpet remnants. The crate did not do its job and the mantel arrived damaged. It took me a week to get any response from Fines when they told me to notify the shipping carrier because it was “the receiving party’s responsibility”. They also informed me that “the insurance company would not consider this as damage”. Later they suggested that the damage “can be taken care of via touch up kit in lieu of going through lengthy insurance claim” but that was between me and "my insurance". After I posted this review which they claim is untrue because they bear no responsibility for shipping, they threatened me with legal action and monetary damages. Seriously, whatever you think you may save, you are wrong. Shop...

I was rebuilding my childhood home and looking for a beautiful fireplace. Living in Little Rock, Arkansas, there were not a lot of local places to shop so I got on the internet and found Fines Gallery. I was so in awe of all the beautiful marble pieces and fell in love with all the fireplaces. I started correspondence with Chris Campbell who was able to address all of my concerns, questions, issues and hesitations. I truly felt it was risky to purchase such a high-end item on the internet. What if it arrived damaged? What if I didn't get what I thought I ordered? Etc. Chris was patient -- made the ordering process very simple and helped me feel confident that I was dealing with a legitimate, very specialized business that would be able to meet my high expectations. WOW! I am impressed -- Fines Gallery actually exceeded my expectations and truly delivered the most beautiful, white marble fireplace, polished and smoothed with gorgeous, beautifully carved floral detail. Packed and crated so well for shipping -- the marble was all cushioned with nice carpet pieces and there was absolutely no damage -- no cracks -- no flaws. Such a score -- I am happy beyond belief. ...

That is the one word to sum up my entire experience with Fines Gallery and Chris Campbell. The company did everything that they said they would, and from the time I started the process of looking for a fountain until I received it here in Newark, Ohio, Fines Gallery was very professional, and easy to work with. I had shopped all over the United States searching for the perfect fountain for our project, and ended up finding it at Fines.

In addition, the installer that was recommended by Fines Gallery was Superior Hardscaping & Fountain Installation, and they did an incredible job of making sure that every aspect of the installation was perfect. Anthony Melendez and his crew were very professional, and went way above and beyond anything expected to make our fountain project a huge success. I cannot say enough about our experience with both companies, and would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a fountain that they could be proud of.
