I enjoy shopping in the TJ Maxx family stores, and was happy when the store opened. But then I walked in….
This store is getting a bad review because of how terribly organized and narrow the isles are, especially in the center aisles. You can’t find anything without digging. Items can be heard falling throughout the store. Prices aren’t well placed. It was a mess. When a comment was unknowingly mentioned to staff, the individual just kept stacking breakable things up. Two people and their carts have a lot of trouble in the aisles. And the end caps are crowded with furniture our building beans and you can’t move. Now all the customers I was around were very polite as we tried to make space for each other, but this part of the shopping experience was horrible. I...

Washed them a few days ago and they were very wrinkly, the ends were turned up and there were strings.The towels looked like they were a few years old even though I only washed them one time. They looked like they should be ironed. Store wouldn't let me return them. The cashier, Anna, called over the manager. I didn't get her name (tall blond with a bun on top of her head) and she said since they have been washed I couldn't return them. She asked if I ironed them and I said no. Who irons kitchen towels? They don't stand behind their products and I will never shop at Home Sense again. Buyer beware.
