Sushi-Thai of Naples — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sushi Thai for almost 20 years now, and it has been an incredible journey. My relationship with this place started in my teens when I would come eat dinner with my dad. Even after moving out of state in my early 20s, I made it a point to visit once a year just to savor their amazing food. Now that I’ve moved back a couple of years ago, Sushi Thai has become a regular dining spot for my family, and I get to share this beloved place with my kid and husband.

What makes Sushi Thai truly special is the consistency in the quality and taste of their food. Remarkably, the flavors are just as exquisite as they were when I was a teenager. Over the years, I’ve seen some of the same friendly faces, which adds a comforting familiarity to each visit.

Sushi Thai is an amazing place, and I sincerely hope they continue being the exceptional establishment they are. Their unwavering dedication to quality and service has made countless memories for me and my family, and I look forward...

Extremely disappointing experience! Service was terrible, food was just "meh" and it was just not worth it...especially compared to other Thai we have had in the area. From the time we sat down, it took about 15 mins just to be greeted, then about an hour from the time we placed our order to get our food. We sat down at 7 PM with three hungry kids and didn't get food until after 8. We saw plenty of others come much later than us and receive their food, but not us. We had nothing special or fancy. Then, the food comes and half of it was wrong ie) Chicken instead of Steak We never once were offered refills on our drinks. Not sure what was going on, but it was no where close to the other reviews I see on here. We can not recommend this place based on our experience and to top it all off, it wasn't moderately priced either. I have had way better food and service in the area for much less $. Look...

Horrible experience with a takeout order today from the Sushi Thai Airport Road location we also order and go to the main street location in Naples, Florida. We have been customers for 11 years. The brown rice had a hair on it and the vegetable roll we always customized for my daughter was totally wrong. We called, no big deal, and thought they would correct it the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude accused us of ordering a different veggie roll and placed us on hold forever then hung up. This place has been going downhill and is unsanitary. We are so disappointed, you just lost a loyal customer family. We will never go back there again. At a minimum I expected you to swap the roll for what we ordered and maybe apologized. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Try Noodle Saigon instead. They have delicious PHO and other items AND care about...
