Patio Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

Seeing all these positive reviews I'm beginning to question if it's not the manager leaving their own reviews for better business. I can fully attest this restaurant is horrible. I live less than a mile from it. I have tried it 5 times. I never leave a review after the first couple because you never know if maybe it's just a bad day.

Hope you like standing, not sure what the hostess does, but they are never there to greet you and show you your seat. Just today there were 3 couples in front of us, we were all doing the googly eye stare as to not knowing if we seat our selves or wait for the hostess. 10 minutes later I get a booth.

I ordered a water, steak and eggs, toast and grits. I'm 30, in great shape, and enjoy healthy cuisine. What I got was a fatty, bottom of the barrel cut fat steak, soaked in butter, butter drenched toast, and a small amount of grits in a bowl of butter.

Not to mention, the water was from an unfiltered faucet. Taste like sea water and I have spent the entire day sick to my stomach. EVERYONE in FL that was not raised on the terrible microbial water knows you cannot drink straight from the tap here. Either bottled water or filtered. My wife and I invested quite heavily on water filtration for our house so that it doesn't smell like sulfur FL water.

If you are 300lbs, and like butter, or 90 like the rest of Naples and don't have any taste buds then this place will work for you. I would not allow my kids to eat at this horrible place.

Our first time we came on a Monday night and we were really surprised what a great time we had the food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time our waitress was really good she was actually training another girl that night and I am in the business and it can be hard when your training someone and working as I said our waitress did a good job and her trainee was great we could tell she definitely knew what she was doing and her personality was super fun and energetic and I was surprised the amount of information she already knew about the menu and she definitely was upselling so we really enjoyed our night we all work in the restaurant business myself I have got over 30 years if you have not been there I recommend highly quality of the food it was good the decor and atmosphere was good. Our server was good as well ...she did great and she was training and her trainee was so full of personality and funny and she made us laugh and so we had such a good time and we will be back and will recommend to all are friends and family and co worers! I am beyond upset with Patio Cafe, I use to rant and rave to family, friends & co workers. On different occasions things have gone wrong as expected but today i am beyond upset and just done with Patio Cafe. I work in a busy Real Estate office so we ordered several meals totaling $47.63 with that we asked for a Burger Med Well & Sweet Potato Fries to complete a Buffalo Chicken Sand which nope got regular fries instead, if that was what i wanted then i would have asked for it!!! . Well when you see a photo of a lady eating a medium rare burger while pregnant with blue on know this is a problem that is not what i ordered!!! Patio needs to take in to consideration that if your kitchen or staff cant get an order right then its a situation. i am tried of management offering make another meal after they messed up the first one.
