We went for a 10 year old birthday party. The kids had a BLAST! As the kids arrived, the hostess of the birthday party got them cards with bracelets attached. They could play all they wanted for two hours. There are separate areas for big kids and little kids. I don't think the employees had to enforce the zones at all because they are made to cater to their respective ages. The kids either stayed because they wanted to be in their appropriate area or were respectful when in the smaller kids' area. I was impressed by the photo booth. It makes the pictures look like sketches, and they were super cute. The pizza was actually pretty good, and the employees were really nice. Chuck-E could have been more enthusiastic for sure, and I didn't like that when he came out, he had kids from two separate birthday party groups sing Happy Birthday to both kids together. They didn't know each other at all. The kids didn't seem to mind though. The waitress (or manager, not sure) was super helpful and kind. The lady at the counter where you get prizes was enthusiastic, patient and helpful; you could tell she really loved kids. They stamp your child's arm and parent's arm to match so they can protect the kids from leaving with anyone else. Then they stand at the door. There are also cameras. As someone who does not like crowds, I was really surprised at how much I didn't mind being there. I would go there again for sure...
Read moreWhere should I start! We used to love this place and go all the time we took a break after hurricane Ian and this place has changed for the worst! First about half of the machines don’t work! You will scan your card they will take your points but no balls will ever be released! Some games that require balls don’t even have balls to release! Employees aren’t friendly, they don’t make eye contact, they don’t even say hi, most of them are wearing dirty clothes!! There is 0 professionalism I had an issue with my time card and overheard the manager and assistant whispering and laughing about the whole situation like I couldn’t hear them! When we order our food gross it used to be really good! First the sample platter is depressing 4 chicken wings and like 15 French fries with the price I paid there for the food I would it have gotten 3 times the amount of food and better quality at dominos. Is sad to see how this places is decaying it was a great spot, with great ppl, great food and amazing environment. We will go put our money at some...
Read moreAlways a fun time.
Chuck E Cheese has always been a great childhood memory for me. Back when their existence was ubiquitous, and my childhood care’s didn’t really notice the overall quality of the experience, these places were always magical. I imagine my children feel the same way today.
This particular Chuck E Cheese is a fun time. The games are usually operable and both the arcade and dining area are always clean. The kids love the chance to run from one game to the next intensely finding yet another way to amuse themselves while they earn tickets. Truly I really enjoy a clean fun place to enjoy being with my family.
I do wish the food was either more reasonably priced, or much better. $18 for a large pizza that is mediocre at best isn’t really my choice of fun. But I pay it for the experience. If they made the pizza irresistible, or made it less expensive I think it would be a perfect 5/5 experience. I just hate paying so much for average food.
All in all, I like coming here, my girls LOVE coming here and it’s good...
