It was quite the experience shopping for an engagement ring and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed working with Frank and Jackie at International! The Backstory: My job was to shop for settings to give hubby some ideas from which to choose and later selecting the stone would be up to him. The search really didn’t start off all that well. Sometimes we shopped together, and a few stores I stopped by alone. It was interesting that when I was alone, the sales people didn’t always seem interested in helping me. Who knows, perhaps they just didn’t think a solo female was actually going to end up purchasing an engagement ring? Shoot, one large local Naples store I visited barely gave me notice, even though I tried two different sales people and the store wasn’t busy. I won’t mention that store name, but they ‘Certified’’ with their actions that they just couldn’t be bothered. Oh well. Finally I just googled nearby jewelers and found International. They had good reviews so I off I went. Even though I arrived solo, I was warmly welcomed into the store by Mandy. She took the time to actually listen to what I needed and why I was shopping solo. During my visit I also met Frank and Jackie, both of whom also treated me kindly and offered their help and expertise. I was searching for something I saw online and even though they didn’t have anything similar, Frank said that he could make whatever I wanted. Even though I explained that I wouldn’t be buying anything that day, they still treated me with respect and spent time with me. I felt as if they truly wanted me to find the perfect ring even if they didn’t have what I was looking for. Funny thing is I never did find the one I (thought) I was looking for, but I remembered how I was treated at International. A few weeks later, Marc and I shopped again and narrowed it to two beautiful settings, one at International and one at another store. My job was done, the final selection would be up to Marc to choose which setting and a stone. I can’t detail the rest of the story because I wasn’t involved. But I understand that out of the two jewelers, Frank was the one who was willing to work with Marc on a setting if even if he brought in a stone that he bought elsewhere. International shone through again. Frank and Jackie, I love my ring and I am happy to tell people all about you.Thank you for making us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers, even if we weren’t initially ready...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about International Jewelers. Frank and his wife Jacqueline are absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment I walked into their store, I felt as though they were interested in me and in helping me find exactly what I wanted, rather than in just making a sale. Even though I had already been to numerous other jewelers, when I found International Jewelers, I still wasn’t sure what type of diamond or setting I wanted. Frank took an enormous amount of time over many different visits, to help me figure out what would work. He brought in many diamond choices for me to see, yet never made me feel rushed into a decision, or feel as though I was taking too long to decide. He patiently helped me to customize a ring that I absolutely love, all the while being very respectful of the price I was willing to spend. Working with Frank and his wife was an amazingly positive experience and I am a customer for life... I wouldn’t think about going...

What a great find! Looking for a unique engagement ring, we started with some of the bigger jewelry stores who gave us mediocre customer service and only came up with cookie cutter designs. We met with Frank, a certified gemologist, at International Jewelers a few times and were impressed with his knowledge of quality stones and his ability to create unique one of a kind design settings for diamond engagement rings. Frank took the time to educate us and help us find the most perfect yellow diamond and unique setting for my ring. We looked for a jeweler with whom we could build trust to create a relationship for future purchases. We are so happy to have purchased our diamond ring through Frank and know that this diamond is quality, unique and nothing that anyone else will ever have.
