
Love the place but find it odd that in the 5+years I have been coming here there is never (except a few times) another guy getting his haircut when I'm there. Seems like a target market that needs some homework. What I like about ROPS- is the consistency. Although the people change the new people seems to know their role / job and as a patron you feel very comfortable, like you're walking into a friends home that you've know for years. Today one of the ladies up front introduced me to a couple of new people on the staff. that was a very nice touch.
I have a personal relationship with Jen. Over the dozens and dozens of appointments we have developed a very good relationship. I liken it to; a dear friend, one of the buddies I play golf with or my next door neighbor. She spends a good deal of time with me making sure we're in sync with what I looking for.
True story, I have never had a disappointing haircut.
One of the best moments happened recently. I asked my wife to join me and finally meet Jenn. That day happened and it was great. They were yaking with each other the whole time, like they had been friends for years. Loved it. What I didn't love was the two of them talking about my pony tail and was it time. We all laughed.
I hope this gives you some idea of my opinion regarding the staff and the MVP, Management has to feel pretty good about the way things are going.
Finally, to make this post valuable, discussing both the good and the bad, I would suggest that you treat people (patrons / employees) fairly not equally. I suspect that's done with the staff but what about your patrons. Why not after a certain number of times having an appointment you award a 10% - 15% discount off whatever; product, a service, etc...

I am so sick of throwing away money on bad hair appointments. I always ask for heavy foils and never get them. They always miss something, like lines when I pull my hair up... she highlighted on my part, which no one ever does, they say it doesnt matter until the cut, Krista says IT DOES MATTER! Then after Covering my roots, she came out of the back with a second stylist and they hand painted my yellow ends so everything would blend perfectly! Wow!!! She didn't miss a thing, she spoiled me rotten with cappuccinos, head massage, and neck massage... warm towel after my wash. I have been to TONS of extremely expensive salons and have NEVER had this treatment! Not only that, my hair looks the best it EVER has. Samantha(Sam) cut my other son’s hair and was fantastic from start to finish. She communicated clearly with both us and my son, making sure she understood the look we were going for. My son wanted a natural but stylish cut, and she delivered exactly that. She was patient, detailed, and took her time to get everything just right. Before finishing, she checked in to ensure we were completely satisfied with the look. Not to mention, my son enjoyed whole process, especially the relaxing wash!
