The Center Bar — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

After all the years of good service, good drinks and entertainment I have to say tonight I was disappointed by the bartenders. After watch 4 people from different parties complain about the fans, asking for them to be turned off and eventually leaving their seats because they were told no we found outlrselfs in the same circumstances, I asked if they could be turned off and mentioned that all the prior patrons actually picked up and left that had asked just prior because the fans were just to strong. That we needed to get our tab and leave as well because we couldn’t handle the fans either the bartender turned and walked away. Nothing that was it. The bar wasn’t packed. Maybe a hour prior yes. We have enjoyed the entertainment at The Center Bar for several years. However, it just seems that the bar offerings are very limited as are the number of bartenders. It's too long of a wait only to be told we don't carry Riesling, we don't have Zinfindel, there's no Prosecco, we're out of glasses, etc., etc., etc. The restrooms near the low gated sitting area are probably the worst we have seen anywhere. It's obvious that little to no money is spent on the maintenance. Given the highend stores and the great restaurant DiRoma's that surround The Center Bar...it's a wonder why the owner's don't share the same pride. Awesome place on Fridays after work/Sat. Great live entertainment. Love Jory, Edith Diamond and Manny. Although, they should bring in a dj like they used to. Check schedule online. Great drinks. Great Margaritas. Ambiance under the palm trees and stars is a treat. Bar seating area, tables w/chairs & umbrellas. Meet nice people, grab a bite from the cafeteria. Good pizza, sandwiches, pastries, etc. Great to bring friends from out of town. Children are welcome. All ages. Have seen dogs on leashes.
