I should have read previous reviews I asked for a cleaning and a check up . The x-rays, the girl was very inexperienced and killed me in the chair for over an hour. My gums were bleeding. My mouth was sore. She could not give x-rays. Now on the third appointment, I specifically said I was coming in for a cleaning and the doctor would go over the x-rays . That didn’t happen . She pulled up a chair and started giving me a therapy session on how important it is to take care of your mouth and that I should get laser treatment and my Gums are very bad. I asked her if she was a periodontist and she said no I said well why won’t you recommend me to a periodontist she says because we do Laser treatment here.. She also stated that it’s very important that we could let go of our daily activities Or gym memberships to take care of our teeth instead . This lady is out to lunch and needs to brush up on her Sales pitches. With that, I went to a periodontist and my gums are perfectly fine and I don’t need any laser treatment. I just simply needed a Cleaning. I didn’t even need a deep cleaning. As she pokes and prods your gums calling out numbers to make everything look good along with the Screen in front of you don’t fall for it . Take your scans to a periodontist who is skilled in gum disease . I went to two of them just to see what a scam This lady is . Niceness can only go so far, but when they hit your pocket and try and set you up with a plan and Really sell you on laser treatments for over $4000 I would suggest that’s a red flag that is not someone who cares! somebody that Actually Cares would send you to a periodontist !! Please do not fall for the laser treatments. Please see a periodontist who specializes in gum treatments. I pity the people who go to this office and I still never got a cleaning after three visits. I got nothing but therapy sessionS . I even cut her off and I said am I getting my cleaning today? This is the third time I’m here ,, She flat out said no I said well I specifically called this morning to make sure I was coming in for a cleaning, but this lady insisted on laser Treatments!! How the attitude’s all changed in the office when you weren’t paying out-of-pocket!!

Yes, they will be very nice to you when they’re collecting your 4,000 - 6,000Dollars of something unnecessary.. She will drill you first to see what kind of patient you are Money she’s gonna make off of you first . Don’t fall for it . Personally, I don’t think she does any work at all, but...

I had one appointment at this office, and it was a full blown sales pitch. I felt like I was buying a car. I went in hoping for a cleaning came out with 6 thousand dollar care plan. When I explained I have no interest, THE DOCTOR kept asking me about my credit history and background trying to justify that it was ok to finance all of this. The doctor failed to listen to my direct concerns as the patient. The waiting room was very dirty but the rest of the office appeared quite clean. I will say the Dental Management program they use in the office was not working as they expected, she had to "reboot" the server to show me xrays. After refusing the suggested care plan, and trying to get the heck out of the office, I was pressured into buying a sonicare, and other various odds and ends. I did not buy, but again you need to know this is a sales pitch not a dentists office. If you like high pressure sales, CONSTANT BOMBARDMENT, by mail, text, phone, and email, and you love having appointments made for you twice a year without your consent and getting emails stating IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL this is the place for you. If you are searching for a dentist for yourself or family, and wish to have someone with your best interest in mind that will take 5 seconds to listen to you, your concerns, and needs, you should try Aspen Dental, it's a chain of dentist offices that offer far better pricing, free new patient exams, and doctors who do not roll out the red carpet on a care plan that will leave you in debt. If you do decide to have a first appointment here, be warned this company will spam you to no end, at first it was impressive, I recieved nearly 15 follow up notices within 60 days after my appointment. It's just annoying, since my visit A YEAR AGO, i still get phone calls, text messages, emails, and letters. They preschedule appointments that I did not ask for and you will be told explicitly that the Dentist has a mean marketing machine that will bombard you into financing your suggested care plan. I have my two daughters in this clinic, and I love the care and good treatment they have with patients. This is my third clinic and the truth is that in the two previous clinics they were never interested in the oral health of my girls, I wasted time and money, here I have a complete service, and first, thanks to the team that makes up the Westland Dental clinic, My girls will soon wear a beautiful smile .. 2 months ago I gave a 5 star evaluation to the attention my girls were beginning to receive, the comment I made earlier was what they deserve for me. Today I remove three stars for the following reasons, first they put on the porcelain braces, when the ones my girl and I wanted were the metal ones, when I realized they were already put on the porselana ones, and they never asked me, and not just that but the contract says after the third fallen bracket you have to pay $ 50 dollars. it seems that with a simple tooth brushing 1 bracket fell, and 2 bracket with the food she eats at home, the that I cook, according to them the fault is what my girl eats and how she brushes, and my daughter is 16 years old and knows how to do things, she is not stupid and she is not irresponsible either, the problem is and they know it, in What they use to glue the bracket, it is not enough glue or poor quality so that they fall off and have to continue paying, I am paying 15000 dollars for both of my daughters but to them that doesn't seem like a lot I am very disappointed by what they are doing, my daughter hardly eats for fear that she will drop another bracket. It's sad when these things happen, super expensive labor and a lousy product. I hope this nightmare passes quickly, let's see how much I have to pay in the end for...
