Burger King as a corporation has ditched any burger smaller than a whopper sized patty. This is one of the most ridiculous cost saving decisions I have ever seen a corporation make. This removes the need to manufacture a smaller patty and bun for every Burger King in existence. Designed only to save money for Burger King! So, basically now they have 5 whoppers with different toppings. 1 special whopper, with different toppings. Also, they have 5 other options that are not burgers. So, No more cheeseburgers, No more rodeo cheeseburgers, nothing but whoppers with different toppings. Chicken fries. Onion rings. Fries are still the same. The building is modern and new. Highchair seats are nice, I only wish the wheels locked on the child seats, so children cannot push themselves across the dining room. Manager or Supervisor during lunch shift on Mondays is as Cold as ice. She looks at you like its such as inconvenience or thats its painful to be serving you. This weird look thats hard to describe. I hope its not...
Read moreLet me start by saying, I do not have a car as of right now. I ride my bike to and from work. I love Burger King a lot and there is not another Burger King for quite a ways from here. So since it is close to home I still stop here. At the end of the day, the food is top notch, the restaurant is clean, but the staff, especially the managers give off the worst unfriendly vibe. I either catch and attitude especially from the managers give off. They look at me cause I’m all sweaty from a very hard day and choose their place of business to spend my hard earned cash and enjoy lunch. The customer service is terrible. The managers are just radiating bad vibes and the rest of the staff follows suit. It’s a shame that I like Burger King enough to endure these unprofessional haters cause no one should have to feel like they aren’t wanted somewhere and Thats how the vibe is. Worst management team on the planet. Ive trained many managers and I know. Our customer service is below a zero...
Read moreI'm the sister of Corinne, another reviewer on here from tonight. We went together to this Burger King an hour before closing time and were turned away. This fast food joint is the closest one to my house, so it's an understatement to say that we are both incredibly disappointed in the service. Service we didn't even get! I don't know if the employees didn't feel like working anymore tonight or what but this is ridiculous. We had to drive 15 minutes to the next nearest fast food, McDonalds. At least THEY served us. Will not be coming back to this Burger King if it's a toss up for whether or not they'll motion "sorry we're closed" through the glass, WAY BEFORE closing time. I have had other disappointing visits to this place too, which is a shame. I already sent a review to Burger King directly about my experiences here. I'd rather drive the extra miles to...
