My experience at Vow'd was nothing short of amazing! I made a last minute change in my appointment and the girls were able to accommodate me on the spot. I was greeted by Katie, who graciously offered us refreshments upon arrival. The store is spacious, immaculate, and has super cute bridal decor/vibes! The Vow'd website has a quite a large inventory, and all of the dresses were on display in the store. Katie offered to let me go through each dress and try on as many as I wanted. She brought me to a large changing room and diligently helped me change in and out of the gowns. She gave me honest feedback on each dress, took pictures, and even offered advice on how each gown could be altered. By evening time, I was the only person in the shop - so fellow bridal consultant Gracie came over to help as well. The only word that comes to mind when I think of dream team Katie and Gracie is WOW!!! These girls were actual angels brought in to help me finally find a dress! They were both so knowledgeable, patient, friendly, sweet, and eager to help. They stayed WAY past their scheduled shifts and even kept the store open late to help me - all with a smile on their face and assuring me that they loved to do this! Both Katie and Gracie worked tirelessly - maneuvering the dress on my body so I could see how it would look altered, offering honest advice, answering my millions of questions, and thinking outside the box. The list goes on and on. When we found out the dress wouldn't be shipped out in time, Gracie found a miracle solution! My experience was overwhelming and emotional in the best way. I went to Vow’d in Fort Myers early in January 2025 as my first stop for wedding dress shopping. Avery made it the most relaxed, fun, and easy experience. I brought with me my two maids of honor, my dad, aunt, and cousin. We all had so much fun in the store. I really felt like she listened to what I did and didn’t want and did such a great job of adding in her recommendations and advice as well. Additionally, I have been plus size my whole life. So shopping with an audience was something I always feared. A lot of cute and fun stores don’t have clothes in my size (~16-20 depending on brand). So seeing how adorable this store was almost made it seem too good to be true for me. But size wasn’t an issue at all. As a matter of fact, the very first dress Avery put me in ended up being the dress I chose! We went to another store the next day and I still just loved the Vow’d dress more. I called the store later the following week and gave my card info over the phone and my dress will ship to my house in the next month or so! I found Vow’d through a google search and was super impressed with their website. I made an appointment to go try on some wedding gowns and brought my Mom with me. Let me just say, wow!! Vow’d not only delivers beautiful gowns, but such an amazing vibe and experience. Everyone was so happy and kind. They showed me and my Mom to an area we could sit down, post up, and offered us some champagne. Now let me talk about the amazing woman who took care of us, Ivana. Super sweet and she really listened to what I had in mind and brought out exactly that. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was also honest about what flattered my figure and what may not be such a great fit and did so in the classiest way, which I was very appreciative and grateful for.
