I have purchased nearly $900 worth of jewelry in the last two weeks. Four days ago I purchased a bracelet. It’s too long. I stopped in the Estero location to exchange it with receipt in hand and because they are a “franchise” they will not help me. When purchased I was never given a box it was placed on my wrist and I walked out of the store. They claim I must have a box and it has to be in the original condition. It is in the original condition. Your employee put it on my wrist exactly how it is today. I wasn’t given a box! Franchise or not this is a representation of the company. I am being sent all the way across town (14 miles 1 way) with gas prices higher than ever! “We aren’t allowed to give out the franchise owners information”. When leaving the young blonde lady was rude “you can leave, bye, have a nice day” in a very disrespectful attitude, almost pushing me out when I’m a paying customer! The manager refused to give the young ladies name. The managers name is Nerissa. Not once did she offer to do anything to help me other than refer me to the Fort Myers location. They pointed the finger at Fort Myers and said it was their fault. Is this one company? Doesn’t seem like you’re employees care about each other or how they treat other stores customers. I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received for the amount of money I have paid. I hope somebody reimburse me for my gas and exchanges the bracelet that I purchased less than one week ago! Read moreWorst retail experience I have ever encountered. I have been shopping for the better part of 40 years and I have never been treated so poorly from Michaella D. She will do everything she can to take your money. She will never share with you that you can’t return products. I purchased a gift, a ring for my wife just under $100.00 and wanted to exchange it for a piece that I knew she would like better, Michaella was extremely rude to me even with other customers in the store and told me their policy is that they will not take a product back then takes out a magnifying glass in front of me and other customers and with her actions calls me a liar that the ring was worn. The receipt says they will take back products within 30 days unworn for a full refund or an exchange. The ring was NEVER worn Michaella took the ring in the back room closed the door behind her, came back out seven minutes later and said she would not take the ring back. She was so unprofessional leaving me there not knowing what she was doing with the ring I bought and gave to her. Do not waste your money at this retail store. Their policies along with their staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Don’t spend your money at this retailer. The sales person was Michaella she had no problem selling to us never once explaining their policy. My husband bought me a ring and after showing it to me he knew I wanted a different ring (a band) we went in to exchange it. Michaella constantly accused us that the piece was worn and said she would not return the piece or exchange it. The ring was never once taken out of the bag since it was purchased. My husband bought me a band once before I loved it so much that I wanted another one. All I wanted was to exchange the ring my husband just bought for the same band he gave me years ago. Most retailers would do anything to keep their customers happy with their purchase, not this one. I had the worst experience and would never give them any more of my business. Please read the reviews they’re very consistent with one star please realize none of us would even give one star but you have to in order to post a review. Don’t ever shop at the store! Go somewhere else where they appreciate...
