Great place to shop. But be careful to shop at Charming Charlie. Awfull store ever. I was shopping with my husband there on Boxing Day. Charming Charlie was like my fav place to shop everytime I am at US. The girl who greet us at the door was very nice. After looking around, I choose to buy 2 bags, 2 wallets, 2 watched, 2 sunny glasses and 1 earring. I know exactly how many items I purchase. At the cashier, the girl who serve us chat a lil bit and I end up with 200 bucks something. I am not paying attention because she still chat with me and my husband. After we out from store, at the door I feel something was not right. How can I end up pay that much, and I check my receipt, and realize there is an item that I was not purchase there. We get back and tell them that we only purchase 8 items, not 9, and why there is another 39 dollar item that I didn't know?

We then go to the cashier and the other woman (I guess she is the manager) doesn't look suprise at all. Like she already know. He said sorry without even look at my face. And they way they look at each other makes me realize probaby they done this several time before.

We walk out after they give back my money and they were not even look sorry or guilty.

I was so sick to my gut they do this kind of scamming to their customer. I will not be back there anymore. And advise anybody who purchase anything from them to CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Disgusting...

I went in just to use the Auto Butler when I thought that I would see what cars they had on the pre-owned section when Paul Smolensky came out and we started talking. I told him that I wanted a new-used Ford Fusion either a 2016 or 2017, showed me some, test drove the 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium model and absolutely fell in love with it. The car has great pick up, drives nice and handles great on the road and it even looks sporty. It had all the bells and whistles that my Taurus had. I told him what my goal was to lower my payments and that I would be trading in my 2015 Ford Taurus. Paul got with Rick Powell the Used Car Sales Manager and they worked and worked until we got to the number that I agreed upon. My Fusion didn't have but one set of keys and Rick Powell said he would have me another one made and also my car didn't have the owners manual books so Rick said he would order me my owners manual book. I would highly recommend talking to Paul Smolensky and Rick Powell if you are in need of a vehicle. They will get you the deal you are looking for. When I am in need of my next car I will definitely be back to Paul and Rick at Coconut Ford.
