Chatime Coconut Point — Restaurant in San Carlos Park

Keeping this as respectful as possible. I’ve been here a number of times- I’m satisfied with my drinks at the end of the day but yesterday wasn’t the best. I had asked my daughter to go in and order our drinks- she followed my order throughly but taking a sip , I noticed it wasn’t just sweet but bitter. Almost as if the milk was expired or something . Of course I shook the drink and moved it around and even let it sit for a few minutes , a few times but the bitter taste stayed. Wasn’t even at the halfway point of the drink when I noticed chunks coming up the straw. I’m sure the employee who made the drink didn’t intend to do so but what she used had to have been spoiled milk. All the sweetness in the drink couldn’t shake that taste off. Especially, when the milk chunks came up the straw and I could definitely taste the spoiled milk. I always order the same drink- I would only change the size or the sugar level every now and then. I’m not a picky person, so if someone happens to mix up my order I usually take it as it is but this boba tea wasn’t pleasant at all. Expired milk becomes chunky almost like puree and has a bitter taste to it…. Please, make sure to double even triple check your products before using them to make an order- someone could get sick. Again, the worker was just doing her job, I do not think there was any malice there. Ultimately, I will be giving this business another shot. Might I add, my daughter’s drink was perfect! UPDATE: I finally got my hands on the boba after fighting for my life to get outside, it was so delicious i actually feel bad for leaving my previous review. The lady that took my order was really nice, she first let me get a discount for taking a photo with a drink and a friend and also leaving a review ! I would recommend this place and the brown sugar boba milk tea is to DIE FOR. not too sweet and not too bland. Only drink id try. 10/10 would recommend ! :)

This charming establishment is simply delightful! My friend and I decided to venture in and try something different, opting for the peachI find this venue to be quite charming! I recently visited with a friend and decided try something different green tea which turned. We opted for the peach green out to be absolutely delicious tea, which turned! I appreciate the convenience of their out to be incredibly delicious! I appreciate self-checkout the convenience iPad, as of their self-checkout iPad it helped alleviate, as it my anxiety when helped alleviate trying new things my anxiety when. It's trying new things a fantastic spot. It's a wonderful spot to gather with friends, especially in this sc to catch uporching summer weather.
