China King — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. I ordered dinner on UberEats from China King at 5:30 on a Sunday with an estimated delivery of 6:30 which was perfectly fine. When 6:30 came around, my order was delivered and I quickly realized that the Seafood Fried Rice I ordered, was instead Seafood Soup. I immediately called the restaurant and a young girl answered the phone. After I told her about my situation, she transferred me to the most unprofessional and quite frankly, dumbest manager (if you want to call him that). I explained my situation again and did not apologize or offer a refund but instead said someone would bring me what I ordered and SWAP it out with the food they delivered. I verified my address 3 different times and he rushed to get off the phone. Now, an hour later, I still don’t have my food. I called back to the restaurant, in which, the manager answers and tells me, they are busy. I said okay but would like to know how much longer my food would be. This is when the real kicker happens… he now tells me that they aren’t “supposed” to deliver anywhere outside of Bonita Springs and asks if I can come pick up the order. This is the second time that I ordered online and the order was wrong. The first time that I ordered about $35 worth of food and requested the extras of house mustard, house duck sauce and soy packets which were then not included with the food. I called and basically was told "too bad". I let them know that I was disappointed and would not order from them again and then about 45 minutes later the delivery guy showed up with the missing items. We were already done eating. We tried the other Chinese place down the road which was very good but they can only deliver on non-peak times. I gave these guys another chance and ordered online again. At the end I did not notice that it had changed two main parts of the order. The beef egg foo young turned into shrimp egg foo young. I also tried to order one small beef fried rice which turned into four. Why would anyone order four smalls instead of two large. They don't care. They only sent three house mustard instead of four and the General Tao's chicken was bland too. I tried to call the next day and talk to the manager. The girl who answered the phone tried to give the phone to the manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. I will never order from them again and will drive up the road to the other place who's food was much...

It took almost an hour to be delivered, I live less than 2 miles from the restaurant. Shrimp toast was overcooked, verging on burnt. The dinner combinations were lukewarm at best. Wasted my money on this food. It's been 5 minutes since I received the delivery and the food is stone cold. When I called the restaurant to let them know they got an attitude with me. The female that answered the phone insisted that she just cooked my order. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. She kept saying that she had just cooked the order. I work in the industry and I am appalled by the total disregard for the customer. I stated more than once that I was not trying to get free food. However I did want the issue to be resolved. I could hear them talking about how to handle me. I heard one of them say I don't know what to say to her. I could hear the delivery driver making excuses. If he delivered my food as fast as he returned to the restaurant I would never have posted this review. In closing I was basically called a liar. I will never patronize...
