I came to Belk to have my Estee Lauder foundation color matched due to my old foundation color being too light. As someone with a ton of freckles, has combination skin, and redness-it is DIFFICULT to color match my skin tone. The counter manager, Debbie, was awesome with being patient trying to find the perfect shade of foundation for my skin tone. She was honest with the shades and even asked for suggestions if I wanted a lighter or darker shade when previewing the current one. She was very personable, kind, and respectful and made the whole process fun instead of stressing about the 10 shades we looked at that all did not match. Once we found a matching color she let me blend it on my neck and face to double check that it was the shade I wanted. Worst costumer service and outrageous prices! I ordered online set of hand towels as it stated on website for price of $27.00 with member discount and store sale. I received 1 single towel instead of set of towels. When I called costumer service, I was told, it didn’t matter what website stated but there is only single towel in “towel set” they sell. If I want to return then I will be paying for return and Belk doesn’t take any responsibility for misleading advertisement and $27 for hand towel with discount is their regular price.    Read moreWOW!!! I went to belk in the mall today and Mr. Blake Dollar was absolutely out of line! I got some pants that were on sale for 39.99$ he accidentally scanned them twice (that’s okay mistakes happen) I mentioned it and automatically got defensive and said it was a shirt I got uhhh I knew better and asked him to check and be sure because I didn’t want to pay 40$ for that particular shirt.. he said here I’ll restart I said okay thank you.. he literally looked at me and said if you are so good at this job maybe you should apply we are hiring!!!! And then called his supervisor!! I can not even believe this happened!! He made a mistake and that’s okay! I just wanted it fixed!
