My brother and I came from Indiana and decided to stop to get a bite to eat however he forgot his wallet so we had to take one meal off of our order. Our order consisted of two hotdog with everything Cajun fries, coleslaw, and a large sweet tea. For the second order we had two hotdog with everything white cheddar bites and Cajun fries and a Mr. pip. The cashier Latisa was extremely rude when asking us if we would like to cancel the entire order or pull off to the side so she can get her line down And we only had two cars behind us. She then called out for the manager on duty to void one of our meals when the manager approached her she also scrunched her face up and was very rude like she was overwhelmed, coming to assist her cashier. I got food poisoning from something I ate; The hotdog bun was hard and I’m sure it was probably supposed to be heated, but it felt still the chili sauce had a little burnt taste to it and the coleslaw wasn’t creamy like coleslaw should be. It was very dry like it came straight from the package cut up and into a cup. The Cajun fries were decent, but you get such a small amount. I felt like I bought a kids meal for $10. I’m glad my brother and I did not buy the second meal because I would’ve felt like we wasted our money. As an assistant general manager traveling from Indiana, the customer service at this restaurant is really poor and needs addressed because you never know Who What type of customers you are serving? we went through the drive-through and felt like we were rushed to order we weren’t seeking to be accommodated because we lost our wallet we just wanted to wait a few seconds to transfer more money over but instead, I told my brother we can take just one meal. The cashiers attitude needs to be adjusted or she does not need to be in customer service or at least with this company. Not only did we leave with one meal and poor service we had a poor experience getting accommodated for this type of treatment would be absurd because we live...
Read moreJust in case you look young, two years ago when I was 17 I went through the drive through and they tried to scam me out of a 100 dollar bill. The entire crew besides the manager has probably been rotated out by now anyway, and I probably shouldn't have been using a bill that large but what's done is done. The lady held up the line and said that it was counterfeit, and when I asked to have a look at it she said she wasn't allowed to do that. She talked about calling the cops and gave me the option to just leave and not get into any trouble. I said that I would stay because I was curious about whether a bill that authentic looking and feeling would be counterfeit. A little while later she handed it back and said have a nice day or something and I drove off.
I went there recently and was charged 6.80 for two BLT's (which I thought were around a dollar) and a heath toffee milkshake (2.79). When I looked at the receipt to see what was so expensive, there was no individual pricing listed, just the total and tax. The guy taking my order (Zack) stuck his head out of the window and looked back at me while I was going through the line, which I thought was a little odd. He didn't say a single word to me during the whole process of receiving food and paying and just joked around with other people in the store. None of that really matters, but it is pretty expensive. Maybe that's due to...
Read moreI ordered two sides worth of nuggets and they gave me six nuggets. And apparently the small amount has been happening with all of the sides from what I've been hearing from others.
I asked for ketchup and didn't get any, they didn't give any sort of utensils for my shake, not even a straw.
Now the burger was cookout style, I was expecting it to be a little messy, but there was an absolutely ungodly amount of slaw on there and it basically exploded in my car as soon as I opened the wrapper.
This places only saving graces is the taste of the burgers and the variety in the menu. But these pros are really outweighed by the bad service and absolutely abhorent lack of food you get for 11 whole dollars.
If you want to actually get what you pay for in terms of sides and other items, you're better off going to a different chain like McDonald's or Wendy's.
Would rate 1 star, but the burger did taste pretty good, but for the love of god, go easy on the slaw.
your money is better spent elsewhere, in my opinion.
I normally don't even leave reviews on places often so you gotta get me pretty frustrated or pretty impressed to get me to write one. So please learn from this, thank you, and...
