I work near by so I spend a lot on Panera, what bothers me is that you pay the high prices for your purchase and while fixing your food it’s “we don’t have this or that. I took back a pizza because items we left off, Ryan the manager seemed to have an attitude that day and could have handled his attempt to make me a happy customer instead he was smart and was completely rude instead of understanding, He couldn’t even handle refunding me my money back on my card, he instead had to call someone else to give me cash. I had several customers who where in line, thank me for saying what they also wanted to say and that after I left he was real mad and spoke of banning me from the store! I ask how do you ban someone from a place where they messed up the order, I just wanted my money back! If he is going to have an attitude he doesn’t need to be on management.
Everyone who eats at Panera honestly still come there to support Jamie, she is the best employee there, more of people like here would be awesome.
At the end of the day if I were to sell you a Diamond ring missing 2 diamonds and you paid full price, you would expect all of the diamonds. Read moreJust because I can't leave zero. I work down from the Panera in Boone. Every few months I lose my mind and try again. My order is NEVER correct. For a while I was supposed to go to the manager when I wanted to order. He's gone. How difficult is it to get a "salad" without the lettuce? Every time I have to either go back because they wanted to check and make sure I really meant no lettuce, or they don't make it right and I have to go back or stand there and wait for them to remake my salad. EVERY TIME. I un-check the greens box and even write "no greens" in Special Instruction section. Tonight I make the mistake of trying again. My order was ready, but wrong. I had to wait for them to remake the salad. Not only did I have lettuce, but after she remade the salad I went back to work and began eating. The receipt plainly states, NO Greens Blend, No Green Goddess Dressing, and No Pickled Red Onion. The bottom of the salad was covered in RED ONION! I'm allergic to red onion! Read moreI had a company order today online. 15-20 items total. I went inside to pick it up (supposed to be curb side but I noticed they were a little busy from outside) once inside I was told it hasn't been made yet due to the order being so large it didn't populate on their in-store monitor. Now understandably the store was packed, more so than I anticipated from outside. BUT I want to make this very clear. Every employee on the clock today in this store was busting their a$$es trying to get everybody in and out smoothly. With that being said I understand their system failed to work properly so my order was overlooked, it happens but it took them about 40 minutes to get my order completed along with 30 other customers orders. The students are back and the whole town is buzzing, every storefront is jam packed right now. 4 stars only because of the system not working properly. 5 stars to the customer service! They handled it well given the busy state of the store, not to mention curbside/online orders piling up. Other than it being busy this place is great to sit down or get take out. The food is always prepared fresh and I've never had a complaint for this location...
