Bought a used pool table for a decent price. The install went well and I think the delivery guys did a good job but I am no expert. Customer service was good up until I had a problem. 2 weeks into having the pool table the fabric had a 1x1” tear. I look at the website which says they have lifetime warranty. I call in and the previously nice salesman laughed and told me they don’t have lifetime warranty like their website claims. And it will be $300 for them to fix it.
