B.I.T.S. PC & Wireless Repair — Local services in Bossier City

I didn't actually get anything repaired here because I couldn't! My Samsung Galaxy s8 is in need of a new screen and since I can't afford to go get a new phone this would probably be my best bet, w r o n g. . Ended up sending in 3 price estate requests over the span of 2 weeks, nobody ever got back to be! Found that kinda unprofessional.. So today (11/30/18) I decided to call and just do it that way since I wasn't gonna get anywhere trying to do it online. So, I call and a nice guy answers the phone, he asks me what model phone I have, blah blah, then puts me on hold so he could look up how much the replareplacment glass would be He puts me on hold for about 3 mins and then tells me it would be $250 PLUS other fees Uh I think not.. . Samsung Galaxy s8's are pretty small so the glass should be cheap for them. The whole process shouldn't take more then 30 - 40 mins! And yet people claim they're cheapest in town! On their website (oh yeah, they only have prices for iPhones on their website, how dumb... ) the prices are actually super cheap, not sure why that changed on the phone-

Basically, if you want your device fixed fast and cheap, just go somewhere else...

This company is GREAT. My laptop's LED shattered behind the glass screen. I called GEEK Squad, Office Depot, and a few others companies and each one had double the price for repair and 3-4 or more weeks for service. Best Buy charges $100 just for diagnoses before you buy parts and service and that's nonnegotiable even if you know what the issue is. They repaired my laptop for half the price in TWO DAYS!!! I was told no less the 3 weeks by every other company and they had me ready in two days for 50% of cost. They also fixed my fiance's iPhone screen in 30 minutes. We dropped it off. Went go get lunch and the phone was done before we paid for the meal. The experience was great and service was also. The convenience of their pricing and services is top tier. I don't know if they are the best in the Red River cities and I DON'T CARE to find out. I'll go back to B.I.T.S. PC & Wireless...

Brought my droid turbo 2 into store today (01/26/2018) and asked if they could replace battery, they said they could. but didn't have a battery, no problem as I has a new in the package battery, they took my personal info and told me to come back in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Returned to store around 6:00 p.m. to pick up phone, young man brought phone up said there was a small problem as the phone would not power on,( little more than a small problem to me) but he could order a $20.00 part to fix, I asked why should I pay for a part that they broke, and his reply was are you ready for this...his answer was it's the nature of the business...not really sure what that meant...I paid them $55.00 picked up my phone and left.
