Ok, so actually the service is really good here, kudos to the young people working here. I do have a huge issue with the owner and management though. Heat indexes have been well over 115 several days the summer, and in the 105 to 110 range many more than that, so when I went through the drive through 4 times over a 2 week span of this heat and see these young people standing outside taking orders in the heat with long pants and a vest over their shirts I can't help but be upset when I don't see so much as one fan at the order station or the pay/pick-up station, both of which had people standing there to speed up the drive through times. Now, I'm sure the owner and management will say it is done to benefit us, the customers, which shorter times certainly do, but another thing it does is increase sales totals and profits gained, especially in the lunch run. Considering that this location seems to have had a solid amount of the community coming regularly here to eat, as can be witnessed any given day during lunch and in the evening by anyone driving past, I think it very telling regarding the the folks running the place to not have any fans out there before sending out the young men and women into the heat. Whataburger in kilgore had the sense to have fans put in at the time the new drive through was built. Chic in kilgore has had them since it was built. I told management about my disappointment in the situation on my 3rd visit that had people outside. Was told they ordered fans from and were waiting on them to come. In and be installed. NO, you didn't wait on anything, as far as putting those young people out in it. Read moreThis has to be the worst WHATABURGER there is. So i order Uber eats, get the food 2hrs later. Ordered at 12:30am. Anyway the food is cold and made wrong. Wasn’t drivers fault bc he picked up when assigned and drove it straight to us. So i call WHATABURGER and the manager said just come in the next day and she would replace it. I got her name but now can’t remember it. This was about a month ago when it happened on vacation. So i go in the next day and ask for her and they say there’s no one that works there with that name. I say well she worked last night and answered the phone as the manager. They said no one there by that name. So the manager that was there happened to be female which was a female name they gave me of the manger i talk to and was supposed to be there, but she said that’s not her name and she’s not replacing our food and she’s tired of people trying to come in and get free food. At this point i wished i hadn’t thrown the food away and brought it with me bc i would have thrown it at her. So we left and ate elsewhere. Read moreI continue to have issues with this particular location which is very misfortune because I am extremely close to the store. I placed a online order on the 9th of July. Yes I have several things going on and I am just now having the time to do this review. My online receipt stats plan as day my order. I sent my daughter with her bag which was properly labeled on the receipt, order matching. My other bag on the other hand had 2 medium fries in there. At the time I noticed it was 3 Am in the Morning being that we work graveyards. I called the store immediately after finding just fries I was informed by I am guessing what was the MOD and she says can you be here before 7 am no actually I couldn't. This is the results of giving this location another try like I was asked in a email.
