We came here for work and we have stayed here before and it was so nice the first time we stayed. And have recommend some of the people we work with to stay here also. But never again after this time. Even everyone else that came with us said the same thing they will not stay here ever .When we got here this time .We had reseverd a queen size bed. And the bed was full sized only. The room was not cleaned at all .There was trash behind the night stands and tv stands .Dirty sheets on the couch bed .Which I did not know until I pulled it out to fix it for my 3 year old son. Luckly I had my own sheets and blankets with us. Also a bottle of pills was under the couch thank goodness I found them before my child did .We had to pay 100.00 for our pet. Which was fine with us. But when we asked to switch rooms they told us it would be another 100.00. They need to do better house keeping .The manger Lisa tried to help us the best she could .But as I found today due to some issues I had today. She is no longer here anymore .Which really is a bad thing considering she was the only one during the day that would go out of her way to make the customer happy. The rest are just rude .They only come clean one day a week. And your only allowed 2 towels even if you ask for 3 .They do not restock the toilet paper at all you are told by house keeping and front desk to go buy your own .Also do not walk around barefoot in the room .If you do your feet will be black with dirt. The couches are stained and half the plugs stop working and no one can fix it or tell us why. We will not be staying here again .You would think for the price it would be a lot better at updating the rooms and...
Read moreWe booked the room for 3 nights, upon arrival we noticed cockroachs in the bathroom and kitchen, also there was dog poop in the floor in the down stairs bathroom. After speaking to the manager April Stutts, she didn't have a new room to put us in and would give us our money back. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I'm not willing to sleep with roaches and dog poop. Booking.com even contacted them to help with this matter but a refund was still denied. If I cancelled or wasn't happy with the wall color is one thing but no refund when dog poop and roaches are in the rooms is completely different. But I appreciate your response to my review, the money was never the issue, I knew when I left that night that I might not get my money back but instead of sleeping in that nasty place I spent even more money to go somewhere clean without roaches. If you feel better about your nasty facility by blaming me for not wanting to stay after you did a 30 minute dog shit clean up session then I guess I can take the blame but again I have the finances to not have to sleep with roaches. I travel 3 weekends a month, I stay in hotels, suits, and houses, your location is the only time I felt the need to find a new place to stay. I understand having a new house keeper and her not doing her job, but at the same time, as a business owner myself, I would never blame a customer for the short comings of my employees. Check the other reviews that coordinate with what was said in my review, I'm sure that what I stated in my review is more accurate than the response you gave to my review. Not always are customers right, but in this case I...
Read moreApril at the front desk is very inconsiderate. I sat outside for 2 hours with both of my kids in the heat waiting to check-in, while she sat outside and smoke cigarettes with her friends. She refused to check me in early even though she had already told me the room was ready. It was 1pm , check-in is at 3, I let her know I have to be at work at 3 and begged her to go ahead and check me in so my kids can have a place to lay their head while I’m at work. Mind you I currently work at a hotel and have worked in hospitality for about 5 years now , so I know she was just being ugly. When I got in the room the carpet was overly sticky, there were cigarette holes in the sheets, and there was a funky smell in the bathroom. I didn’t even have time to switch rooms because I had to rush to work, and by the time I got off, the office was closed. Also, when I checked out, she charged me a late checkout fee of $33 and we were out by 11:15. I got off super late so I overslept a little plus I had to get 2 kids ready and packed up. There was no grace given. I let her know I needed every penny I have because I am struggling right now and I need to get gas and feed my children. She just simply did not care. It was a horrible experience. All I was trying to do is have a place where my kids could be comfortable while mommy...
