I have been training here for over a year. The most amazing team! I have trained w Jade since 2016 and I am so happy she has this Fitness Oasis now. The classes are incredibly motivating. The community that’s built from everyone at 4life is so strong and inspiring.
I do training once a week with Patrick and having someone that customs designs your workout is life changing. I had personal trainers before and no one compares. He is so knowledgeable and amazing at explaining the goes and the why. It really empowers me every single session.
I think we all have the capacity to train and live a healthy lifestyle but it takes a villlage to build that consistency, to learn how to proper use and challenge your body and I couldn’t have done it with them. It is honestly a joy every time I train.
As a queer woman and an immigrant I really appreciate the non judgement environment and how they set up the tone for all the interactions. It always feels like a safe and thriving space.

During this time, I also lost ~10lbs in part due to her help. Its a great feeling to feel fitter and healthier! During Covid, I participated in online group classes, one-on-one zoom classes, as well as coming to her exercise studio in Roslindale.
