Arizona B.B.Q. House of Pizza — Local services in Boston

I went there for first time and ordered an Italian Sub. The menu clearly said $9.99 So the female cashier rang me up and stated cost $11. I was thinking I didn't ask for anything special and then I was thinking tax is real high. So I got back to office and calculated the 6.25 MA tax and the cost of sub should have been $10.63. So the next week I went back because first of all the sandwich was absolutely delicious but this time I was going to inquire why I was paying more for the sandwich. This time the female was not there it was a male. I ordered the same small Italian sub and he quoted me $12! I said no I would like a small. He states that is the price of small. I told him that's not what the menu states! He proceeds to say but I will make it special for you. I said no- I want to pay the price listed on the menu. Then he states we changed the price the correct price is $12! I told him that I paid $11 last week! Then he had the audacity to say it's only a dollar more!! His attitude was condescending. No wonder the place empty when I go inside. I do plan to go back when I'm in the mood for another sandwich but I will only pay the menu price and if they do not want to agree to what they have listed - I will be walking out with my money going...

Horrible i have been ordering from them for years now today was the worse experience. I paid with card the person Read my card out loud at that and tells me it did not go through when on my side it says my card got charged..then proceeded to say the boss said they cant deliver my food because it didnt show on their side when i stated when the drive comes ill show him i got charge but still got a no so i proceeded to say i pay cash but when he gets here i will show him t i got charged and i will not pay twice. When it’s probably their end that is messed up....WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE...”THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT” i will not order...

Arizona the customer service is awful the workers are very disrespectful the food is bland they have messed up my order more then once I will never order from them again there is a man there that has taking my order and has messed up alot with a women that has taking my order and has never apologized.my experience with arizona I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMENDE ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THEM.I have been a great customer arizona will never get any business from me...
