• Reducing my rating from 4 to 3 stars due to issues with no soap in bathroom. Dudley Cafe needs to reinstall a soap dispenser in the bathroom and needs to have the bathroom checked once per hour. Adults should be responsible and clean up after themselves, but unfortunately not everyone does. Since it's a business Dudley Cafe is responsible to maintain it's cleanliness and part of that is ensuring soap is in the bathroom at all times.

A popular cafe in the heart of Dudley station. Of all the businesses located near the Boston School Committee its located in a prime spot, near the corner. The cafe carries a variety of food to purchase sandwiches named after popular people such as Ayanna Pressley, Malcolm X, salads, bean pies, cakes, cookies, juices, coffee, tea, and reduced price on refills... The Dudley Cafe has great music, huge glass windows with an open view, a mix of cafe style tables & chairs and stools, lounge chairs & sofas. The cafe chairs are extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend the bar stools, lounge chairs or the couch if you're going to be there for an extended period of time. The cafe's piano is periodically played by patrons sometimes high school music students. A great place to have coffee, tea, lunch as well as study during the "quiet" hours with free WiFi and printer on site. Forewarning the cafe can get extremely loud during peak hours particularly from customers who seriously have no volume filter, ear buds come in handy during these times.
