Staples — Local services in Boston

Went to the staples that I have been going to over a decade only to be rudely treated and ignored. Walked in to return an Amazon package and walked right up to the register to the cashier because there was no line. He told me to go to the next register beside him because that was a designated amazon register. I go around to that register only for another customer to walk up to him and he proceeds to ring her items. I said to him afterwards I was here first so that's how you should ring your customers. He had the audacity to tell me because I went to the other register!! Excuse me you told me to!! He shrugged his shoulders and rudely handed me my receipt. Why did he think this customer deserved to go before me? Hmmmm ....need I really get into the specifics and say more!! Poor customer service skills to say...

Completely disappointed with the product sold to me as well as being overcharged for a product that doesn't work as well as a lot of other additional charges. I bought a computer there a year ago. It was worth 299.99 but when I checked out my bill came to 697.81. Now 129.99 was for the Microsoft office. In addition they charged me for mcafe livesafe 1 year 15.99. 2 yr acc PC for 79.99, 45.99 virus sheild guarantee, 1 yr virus sheild for new devices, 25.60 and matrix premier set up 79.99. All these added prices to make my total bill 697.81- the Microsoft word. Today I go into a different staples and they tell me the only way to remove the viruses is for me to take it to the store and have them do it. I didn't know staples had an office coworking space. I was there yesterday and today. Pretty much a good and even better than good experience. I am at the one in Brighton, Mass. I formed a company that if I needed to provide health insurance and an IRA or RothIRA I could because the company I worked for didn't provide it. From what I understood was that the relationship I had with the company I worked for, If I wanted a retirement savings I would and should form a separate business entity to provide those through that.
