Los Amigos Taqueria — Restaurant in Boston

Every single time me or my boyfriend come here we have a bad customer service experience. One time an online order didn't go through and they said they didn't get it so I showed them my app on my phone with my receipt and they said there's nothing they can do. They didn't offer to refund me, didn't even offer to make the order now that I was showing them what I ordered. I talked with them for over five minutes before they even were willing to finally make the order when it was well before closing time.. I've never had a restaurant give me a hassle for trying to buy their own food. Mind boggling how you can be so bad at your job. They're so reluctant to do their own job that I had to just stop coming here and now I take the extra time to go to the Los amigos in Newton where they...

They have a huge menu with prices of everything. Waited in line for my turn to order. I go through the whole rigamarole of picking and choosing what I want in my tacos. At the end the prices is WAY higher than it says on the menu. The cashier points to a tiny sign that goes on about "due to inflation out prices have increased" blah, blah, blah. It's such a hustle. Change the prices on the menu itself. Don't have a huge menu with low prices, wait for people to order, then shock and surprise them at the very end with your "newly revised" increased pricing. That's completely disingenuous. Out of principle I refused to pay, and left. I feel bad that the food was made for naught, but after doing the calculations my $9 taco meal was $15. You're not gonna hustle...

I’ve been trying many Spanish food recently around Boston, This is the most amazing Spanish bowl I’ve ever gotten. Fresh ingredients (Lettuce, Rice, Steak), replay taste the food! I strongly recommend it. Edit: I visited the store again (three time) and they changed a lot, the worst customer service and they now have small container that carry the half of what they used to give (they kept the price though). The folks working there (not the cashier) are very rude and don’t even welcome you in or talk to you and they keep serving the ticket and give you the cold shoulder till they finish what they do even if it takes them 5 minutes! Their meat is dry now also the rice feels and taste like an over night rice. Will never order...
