Rental Car Return — Local services in Boston

Worst ever experience. I’ve rented car & truck from almost all major Rental Car companies, even from Hertz, but My experience with this company in Montreal is different. Even though I had reserved my car almost 2 weeks ahead, but I had to wait at line for over 45 minutes to get to the counter. I was greeted with smile until I declined extra insurances!! Suddenly his mood changed, downgraded my vehicle!!!, forced me to bring the car back empty so they can overcharge me with fuel. I received a vehicle with over 80 k miles on it. And upon return, I missed the exit to the car return! It took me 25 minutes to go around the airport and find the right place. I was charged $149.00 for being 25...

A couple of your staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in a very difficult situation. Another customer who was returning a vehicle and was not paying attention and going too fast ran over my box of LIVE LOBSTERS In the car return area. I was traveling by myself and was devastated. The lady who did it had nothing to say except Not My Problem basically. These two guys pictured below truly went an extra mile for me. I don't know what I would have done without them!!!! The African American man who works managing the traffic (by the buses) is incredibly rude and unhelpful. He should be fired. He screamed at my taxi driver, for stopping and said keep driving, with no indication to where. My taxi left. When i was asking him where I should go , the taxi should pick me up he said not here very rudely. Raised his voice. I kindly asked me where to show , he says , “I won’t show you, but not here! “ I asked one more time politely, and he was very rude and he walked away to the inside. Who decided to hire these people?
