I just picked up my bracelet from them that has been sitting in there shop for months and it was repaired horribly. I dropped off a charm bracelet that needed the rope replaced and instead they repaired and soldered my bracelet in four different places. Not only is my bracelet ruined, but they did not do what I asked them to at all this rope was not replaced, and my bracelet looks like Trash. I am literally heartbroken if someone knows jewelry and they love jewelry as much as I do, then you know jewelry is not necessarily about how much it’s worth, but what it means to you. Jewelry is sentimental so when it’s ruined in this way, there really is no coming back. I would never go there ever again and they cannot get my business. If a customer drops off a repair, you should write down the description of the repair and if you can’t Verify what needs to be done call the customer but you don’t make the choice for me. I went into this establishment looking for a deal. I was greeted pleasantly enough, the store was well appointed and I had high hopes. I had not been out looking for gold in several years and was aware of the sharp increases in Pricing. But I trusted the man behind the counter. I looked at several peices and fi ally found 2 that I liked. I was shocked at the prices. But didn't want to seem unlearned so I made my choices. I bought a chain , a bracelet and a peice for the chain. I felt like I got a good deal. I felt it was high but trusted the soft demeanor of the salesman. But I took what I bought to a shop that specializes in gold and silver and he tested it was gold surely but said I only had enough gold to be worth half what I paid. This place gave me a 100% mark up. Of course a seller deserves to make money. Just not all off the same sale. Of course all sales are final. I wouldn't shop there again. Do not ever go to this place. My husband and have been buying from them for years I told my husband they are scammers. He Took his watch to have a battery put in first he couldn't find his watch then he said he sent it out for repairs my husband said it just needed a battery when he finally called to say he found it but when we went he still couldn't find it he eventually find and tried to make the excuse his father misplaced it and said well he's 80 something years old.
