Ordered ahead like I've been doing the past few weeks. They have good deals and a rewards system on the app plus it's just more convenient. Never ever had a problem till this one time. Pulled up, told the person my name and my order number from the BK app. She tells me to pull up then she says I don't see your order, and gave me a look like I was supposed to just pull off without my food. I don't want to say she had an attitude but her vibe was definitely off and she was on the younger side. So then proceeded to show my digital receipt and order on my phone and she tells me the same thing, gives me the same look and asks "you sure you're at the right one?". Still kept it cool. Pointed out that it is the correct location on my digital receipt in the BK app that I already showed. Asked her if she's like me to pull over because I didn't want to hold up the line any more than it already has been (started to look like wendys on American legion). She said no then FINALLY, a manager comes over, takes a good look at my phone and just makes the call to make the order. Not blaming the employees for a possible hiccup in the computer but the customer service was unpleasant. No apology, sorry for the wait or mistake.    Read moreI came with my uncle and we were in the drive through before it got long. I typically get Burger King but this was my second time getting from this location. I tried to give the girl my code and she said it was invalid. I then refreshed it and she stated that it was invalid again and so me and my uncle agreed to show it to her when we pulled up to the window. When we came to the window she put her hand up with an attitude and then opened the window with a rude look. My uncle explained the situation and so I showed her the code as proof. She then entered the code and responded aggressively that the code still wasnât working. My uncle then said we would just pay for it so he passed her a 20 dollar bill. She then looked at it with a disgusted face and my uncle was bothered and asked if she was okay? I then spoke up and said to her that her aggression and tone was very unnecessary. As we took our order she didnât say a word and shut the window. On top of the rude service they did our order wrong having things missing and items that werenât apart of our order. It saddens me that people would come off this nasty when people simply just wanna eat nobody is forcing you to do this job or treat me rudely due to outside factors that had nothing to do with me...

I was informed through the intercom, that the drive-through was unavailable due to their delivery truck performing a delivery and effectively blocking that area. It took me about 15 mins to back out, because of the chaos, and confusion. There were mo signage warning customers I went in and requested the phone number of the store manager and was given a number that isn't in service.
