The manager in the pharmacy seems to have a personal issue with people challenging her authority when it comes to prescriptions. This woman refused to give me a prescription for my son that he needed when he had pneumonia and severe fever. She flat out, told me that she didnāt feel like it was appropriate for him to take the medication instead of contacting his doctor to get prior authorization like I requested. This woman went on to tell me about her credentials and how she knew she was making the best decision for my child. I am a mother of five. I donāt let people make decisions for my kid and if Iām asking you to get a second opinion, thatās what I expect. She was extremely combative which caused an in exchange of words. Today when I went to fill a prescription for the same child, she walked away from the register and refused to work with me instead of trying to extend an olive branch and mend a relationship with someone she has to work with her community. Itās all good. I filed a complaint with headquarters so she can she get the attention she was looking for, but I was very saddened to see her walk away from the register instead of using the opportunity to fix what she did wrong. Whenever I go to this pharmacy at the supermarket product service counter, she refuses to help me with the coupons. She forces me to use my fingers to write the code so she can serve me, while the other cashiers at the cash registers always ask me for the coupon and use the automatic reading sensor. I ask her why she does this to me and why she uses her language to the colleagues next to her? Yes, I called her a bad attendant and she is rude. To my surprise they deliberately refused to serve me while all the registers were running and they were serving another customer. I understand they close at 8 pm but all the windows were wide open and there was no sign indicating they were close when I made it to the registet. If the windows were half way closed I would have simply walked away. The pharmacy clerk kept saying repeatedly: "Sir, we're close".
