It was so nice to see Angelica again. It was nice to have the packages placed where they should be placed, and my concerns taken care of. Wish to see more of her around. Needs in this building are dismissed by the current management, and I have run into countless accessibility issues as someone who uses a wheelchair. With the apartment being ADA compliant, whenever there is an issue regarding accessibility, it legally is supposed to be a top priority. The garage doors keep faulting, not only the gates to let me in the residents garage, but I was unable to even enter in the main garage at all because CVS put their garage door down at 10 pm sharp. It was pouring rain, and if I was alone I would've been screwed and unable to get home independently. My request for accessibility buttons on the doors was dismissed until someone else fought for it enough for it to be acknowledged. Regarding Angelica, she was here for one day today to cover, and everyone was so excited and refreshed to see her again. She brightens up the building and shows true concern about problems me and other residents have run into. She was extremely responsive to my concerns which I have not experienced this since she left. My review would be 5 stars if Angelica was still here...

They threw an ozone generator in my fully furnished apartment when I was at work and left it running unattended and told me via voicemail to unplug it whenever I got home. Then instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to tell me that “they got my permission” because they called and I did not answer for an hour?? (I was at work it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday). Genuinely the most laughable and insane thing I have heard. I have autoimmune conditions and asthma and ozone is dangerous and harmful and should be used in extreme conditions for uninhabited spaces not as a knee jerk first reaction and haphazard solution to an odor complaint. Read moreMoved out from Brookliner a couple days ago and already missing it. Big shout out to Jessie at the leasing office, who’s always been friendly and super supportive. She always says hi and is responsive to our requests. She helped us adjust our move-out date according to our new lease, which made our moving process much smoother.
Concierge staff is also helpful and responsive. One time I was walking my dog and forgot my key, I gave the concierge a call and they showed up in 5 mins to get me in.
