This place had the worst customer service. I called to place an order for takeout and it took five minutes for me to place my order of two salads and a side of fries. The women on the phone kept putting me on hold to talk to someone else next to her. I thought it was kind of rude but did not really think much of it. Later, when the delivery guy showed up at my apartment he was extremely rude. The delivery guy called to say he was at the front of the apartment building in which I immediately grabbed my apartment keys and shoes to walk down the steps to the front. I live on the top floor of my apartment building so it took a few seconds to get down to the front of the apartment building. When I got outside, the first thing the delivery guy said to me was, "wow took you long enough." Again, I thought this was rude but did not think too much about it. I payed with a credit card and tipped the delivery man with my credit card. When I handed the delivery man back the receipt after I signed it, he immediately goes, "what no tip?" I was shocked because I gave him a good tip, and also thought it was extremely rude for him to just assume because I am a young person, I would not tip him. Depending on what your order is. The food is ok i guess.. my problem is the woman who takes the order over the phone for delivery never seems to listen to you or understand English.. She dont seem to realize that people want thier food correct in order to enjoy it..she offers no makeup for messing up your orders..the last thing my wife and I ordered just last night was two identical chicken parm subs with simply extra sauce on both..we stressed it..she forgets or didnt listen and we get two extremely dry subs. Call her back all she says is I didn't charger you for extra sauce..get an attitude about her messup.. and hang up..i did like some of the food but I am not impressed by customer service and will never come back here..and my family was a good customer who live nearby..i will let others know not...

Hands down the most impressive chicken parm pasta I’ve had in Boston that didn’t cost 30$. Probably better than any chicken parm I’ve had that did even cost 30$. I don’t know what they do but I describe it as a powerful dish. I look forward to days where I can stay hone and order it, like it’s an event in itself. Not to mention the delivery is super fast, the guys who deliver it are super nice. This place has a special spot in my heart, all stemming from my immediate astonishment at how good the chicken parm was when I first tasted it until now.
