Clean Your Dirty Face — Local services in Boulder

The facials and techs are great but everything else is awful. Do NOT get a membership by any means. The online system and how they manage it is awful. You can't book ahead and they make it very difficult to cancel your membership. They charged my card after I canceled my account.

The long story: You can never book for when you want your monthly facial because the system only lets you book after a month has passed since your last one. So you always have to call to schedule if you want to schedule ahead for the next month. Randomly my account was canceled one month when I didn't cancel it.. Then the next month my card was suddenly charged again (after they told me over the phone the records show I canceled my account). I let it slide because I wanted to try with them again, but with all the booking issues I did end up officially canceling after my last facial. The person at the front desk said she had to ask upper management to cancel it manually and they would take care of it. She blatantly lied to me because it was never canceled or 'taken care of' and my card was charged the next month. I will need to get a new credit card so my card info is out of their system and not randomly charged at sporadic times.
