I have just purchased the Duplex wide cuff bracelet. Before ordering it from a brochure I received in the mail, I had a lot of questions pertaining to the bracelet. The best option for me was to call the store and talk with someone. The person on the other end happily introduced herself as Sandra. Well, before I knew it she had answered all my questions pertaining to the bracelet, and then some. Sandra is truly a delightful addition to the John Atencio organization. Her dedication to helping her customers is truly outstanding. The bracelet arrived promptly, was nicely boxed and was all that I had hoped it would be. I certainly would not hesitate to consult with Sandra again to help me choose another...

Sandra helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my finace. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the ring, it is beautiful. On top of that Sandra was amazing throughout the process. She first helped me find the perfect diamond that was right in my price range. Even more impressive is that she did it over the phone. She then put a rush on the ring so that it would be ready for when I was planning on proposing. It arrived just in time! My fiance loves the ring! When we went in to get it resized once again Sandra came through for us and got it done extremely fast. Overall my experience with John Antencio has been amazing! The ring is beautiful and the service was amazing....

This store and Sandra have the greatest customer service. I bought a ring here a few years ago when I was on vacation and it ended up having a problem with the wood inlay. I contacted the manufacturer and they stated I needed to contact the store. I did that and Sandra was extremely helpful. I mailed the ring back to her, she shipped it to the manufacturer, had it repaired, then shipped it back to me. The ring is good as new. I have never received better service anywhere. The greatest part about this is that they provided this service knowing I was from out of town and not a regular customer. The next time I am in Boulder I going to buy something from...
