Went in for dine in service and ordered our food at the kiosk. We went to get our drinks and the machine was out of ice. Asked to see if there was ice for the drive thru. Mason was rude to the friend I was taking to out to eat. After over 40 minutes, I heard my name called. Went to the counter and Mason asked what I was up there for. I told him I heard my name called. Another employee had just asked me to confirm my order as he had just arrived to work. My friend came up to help with bringing stuff to the table and get condiments. Mason asked him why he was there and what we were waiting on. We said that I had just heard one of the female employees say my name and thought our order was ready. Mason got very loud and rude with us. Another customer that had come through the drive thru had come in and told them she had been waiting over an hour after she had been asked to pull forward. Mason continued to be rude. When asking to speak with MOD, he said it was him. I asked for his name and he got more hostile and advised I didn’t need to know. One of the other employees advised me of his name. When my food was brought to the counter by a very polite older woman, I asked if he was really the MOD. She advised there was two currently on duty. She was able to get Brandy for me and I asked Brandy if I could speak with her when she had a free moment. I had time to wait as we were dining in. At this time, Mason advised everyone to stop working on my order, not knowing it was already given to me and work on the other orders for the drive thru. Both the two women, including Brandy, and the other male employee were kind and attentive in attempting to assist their customers and make things right. Mason was rude to all customers coming to both the drive thru and the counter. The employees appeared under a lot of stress and Mason was not only being rude to the customers, but we heard the way he spoke to the employees and it was even worse then he was speaking to the customers. I don’t often dine here and this was actually my first dine in experience at this location. This is definitely not a location I would recommend if Mason is at work.

We went to the Taco Bell on Russellville Road in Bowling Green yesterday at about 4:15 p.m. we went through the drive-thru and the young lady that was working there was named Erin. She was very sweet and friendly, and asked us how our day was going and if we were doing okay and we visited while our food was being prepared which didn't take long. Her customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! I ordered two Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes and a bean burrito with sour cream. It was all wrapped nicely and looked really good! This will definitely be the Taco Bell we go to in Bowling Green from now on.

I was in the drive thru line for about 19 minutes. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me. The two vehicles in front of me decided not to wait and finally drove away. As I waited my turn in line I noticed that the vehicle in front of me must have had a very large order, so I better understood the wait. When it was my turn the lady looked at me a said what did you order. Her partner then yells to the back that they still needed my order. I understand longer than normal wait times, due to larger orders, but there was no explanation as to why the wait was longer than normal when I got to the window.

Worst experience ever! Waited forever in the drive through line to begin with.....SUPER SLOW! Ordered $40 worth of food (Paid in CASH) and the girl at the window is on her phone looking at Facebook almost the entire time. She hands me several bags of food, I ask her 2x if EVERYTHING is in the bags that I ordered, she assures me that it's ALL there.... get back to work with everyone's food, missing quite a few items. Call the manager Kathy, and she's rude! She says you can come back and get the missing items, doesn't apologize for anything. I say to her that I want the missing items (hard shell tacos are a few of the items missing) made fresh because it's probably cold and soggy by now...and I ask her about my lunch being remade because while I'm driving to pick up the food they didn't give us, my food is currently sitting and getting colder by the minute...she says there's NOTHING she's willing to do about that and I'm just out of luck! I tell her: well, there's something I CAN DO ABOUT THAT! I drive BACK over to that Taco Bell location, take ALL of the food back in side, tell KATHY the manager to give me a FULL refund! She looks at the receipt and sees that it was paid for with CASH, she then asks me if I want my refund on a Taco Bell gift card??? I told unreservedly, NOT A CHANCE! I paid with CASH and expected CASH back and that we'd NEVER return to this Taco Bell location again! Took the money and went to Zaxby's .... not only did they NOT mess the order up, the are WAY more polite, professional, and speedy!! NEVER AGAIN TACO BELL.....and don't expect someone from corporate to return calls or emails either because that'll NEVER happen!! Save time and money and go to a restaurant that actually CARES about the customer because this location surely DOESN'T! And Kathy is the WORST...

So first of all, this Taco Bell has never ever ever had the same employee more than once which is odd in itself, meaning I have never seen the same person working in there twice. With that being said, yesterday was the worst trip in this specific Taco Bell yet. There were two employees getting food ahead of us and they both had their food in like 3 minutes or less. The light haired girl made her own food and brought it out to her boyfriend who was waiting on her and the dark haired girl, who fyi is having a party tonight, was waiting at the counter to get served. We ordered and it took 17 minutes to get one chalupa box with an additional bean burrito (without onions). I doubt one 'no onion' modification took 17 minutes to sling ou the window, but what do I know about taco preparation? And we had to ask for our drink cup after we received our food. Not the worst fast food mishap but I just feel this was an extension of the 'no cares' given vibe they had going. Did I mention we were the only people in there besides the employees and the boyfriend sitting in the corner? My husband remarked his soft shells were hard like someone had left the bag open... like he is bad to do at home...Not that that has anything to do with anything. Unless they get a grownup on the premises I wouldn't expect anything less but I shouldn't ever be the only paying customer on site and waiting 17 minutes for "fast" food. Taco Bell already has fairly low standards they need to meet in my eyes but I wouldn't recommend this particular location unless you have a bunch of free time to waste and you're cool picking the crust off of...
